Youth State Tournament Scholarship

Effective 2021, the SD USBC is awarding scholarship funds to
1st place in Handicap Events: Team, Doubles and Singles

Effective 2019, the SD USBC is awarding scholarship funds to
each division champion in Scratch and Handicap All Events
